Refunds

As a small independently run business we take pride in what we do and love all that we offer. Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction with all your dealings with us. Therefore, if for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) within 21 days from the date of purchase to receive a full product refund. Please follow the steps below:

  1. First, send an e-mail to support @sb-lux.com with Details of the product being returned, the Order number and Date of purchase. Please also let us know the reason why you are returning your purchase to help us learn and improve our service.
  2. Package and return the product via the Post Office to: Returns, SB LUX Ltd, PO BOX 138, Morden, Surrey, SM4 9ER. PLEASE KEEP PROOF OF POSTAGE RECEIPT as this may be required later.
  3. Upon receipt of the product we will send you a confirmation e-mail and a full refund (excluding postage) via the same payment method that you used.

 

Faulty Goods

At SB Lux, we take pride in our quality control procedures to ensure that the products are packaged and dispatched to arrive with you in pristine condition. If however, the goods appear faulty upon arrival please let us know as soon as you can, but no later than 72 hours of receiving your order.

Contact us at  support@sb-lux.com quoting your full name, order number and date of purchase. Please describe the nature of the damage and include clear photographs so we can advise the best solution for you.
